Highlights

Burningbush revealed that Dan had sent him a soundbite from a Space he'd only heard about: Sho, unmuted, telling her husband that the Space was boring and unsaveable. Sho pleaded, then re-listened to it for the first time ever, then narrated her own mortification in real time. Jed's verdict: "You can't get out of this one, show." [32:38] — Regen Noir, Chapter 2. Rain, distant thunder, a lonely saxophone, and 6,666 pixel people on Base. Wolf works unofficial door security ("Nobody had officially hired Wolf as security, but nobody had officially told him he wasn't security either"), Jed sits facing the room, Lyss is "dangerously competent, dangerously intimidating," and McFly walks in soaking wet, removes sunglasses at night, and announces that IRL is the alpha. The plot turns on a wallet sweeping ten regens whose crime is buying without posting about buying. It runs to [41:35].

[46:54] — The bit gets a roadmap. Off the back of the reading, Burningbush floated a Regen Noir audiobook token-gated to an NFT collection, plus animated cutscenes. PiffsPeak offered voice cloning so each character speaks in their own voice [1:00:52] — "Big fly saying that crazy shit in his voice, dude. That would be sick."

[1:07:14] — Sho previews her commitment Space, Lyss upgrades the angle. Sho picked "commitment" because it was her anniversary. Lyss argued it isn't overdone, just usually done superficially — most people stop at "I'm committed to my NFT," when the real material is the standard you hold yourself to IRL and how you carry it into Web3. Sho's response: can you write all that down for me.

[1:13:30] — Expert testimony on compression socks. Burningbush generated an AI image of Sho, and Mr. Show wandered in from his Lego room to rule that the socks in question were, in fact, ace wraps: "There shouldn't be the heel and the toes sticking out with the true compression socks, sir." Back to the drawing board. "The compression socks stay on" was a t-shirt idea by [59:30].

[1:26:27] — Recap's search bar becomes a weapon. Burningbush searched the archive for the word "shitter" and instantly surfaced May June joining a Space from the bathroom. Jed, delighted: "May you are a legend for that." The plan, immediately: deploy it mid-room-reset in someone else's Space and blame a hot mic.

[1:36:56] — The actual alpha under all the chaos. Burningbush explained that recap builds highlights from emoji reactions and engagement snapshots during a speaker's turn — which is what got him thinking about gamifying Spaces hosting and participation with leaderboards, and bundling the soundboard into the high-fidelity audio subscription. He said he built two agents during the Space itself: one to rip audio, one to assemble the soundboard [2:29:00].

[2:20:36] — Jed goes fully sincere. He explained why he's been running the Robinhood Spaces: he believes it's the evolution of NFTs, and hearing that someone changed their life off something he said early on was the most gratifying part of being out here. He walked through retention being the hardest problem in education, the case for onboarding DeFi and meme liquidity into NFTs, and why the Doodles–McDonald's and Pharrell collabs didn't translate into anything for holders. The thesis: holders should feel company growth directly and financially, because that's what makes loyalty sticky.

[2:39:02] — Lyss says thanks before surgery. She admitted she'd been nervous from the moment she woke up but stayed quiet because Jed had his co-op board meeting that day and it wasn't her turn to make it about her. Worth a full listen

[32:38]–[41:35] — Regen Noir, Chapter 2. No summary survives contact with this. It's a full noir pastiche performed cold, and the reader cracking up at his own lines mid-sentence is half the charm. The baked potato hitting the floor is, per McFly, everything.

[2:20:36]–[2:28:25] — Jed, unedited, on why he's doing the Robinhood Spaces. Eight uninterrupted minutes on retention, onboarding DeFi liquidity, why a McDonald's collab doesn't move an NFT, and what holder alignment should actually feel like. The only stretch of the night with zero soundboard interruptions — well, almost zero.

[2:46:00]–[3:07:00] — The live mix. Buffalo Bills anthems, Prodigy, Ed Sheeran on an afrobeat, Morgan Wallen, and May June's bathroom clip dropped into every available gap. It's a DJ set assembled from the group chat's greatest shames, and it's better heard than described.
