TL;DR

Highlights

[4:18] Super opens episode 100. Super marks the milestone he first saw coming around episode 87, framing the day as a reflection with Sho on their co-hosting journey and with Jack on the broader LT3 build β€” plus an "announcement of the announcement" saved for tomorrow.

[11:35] The no-expectations philosophy. Super tells the story of going to a skate park loaded with expectations, landing none of his tricks, and letting it ruin the session β€” the lesson that carried into starting these Spaces with an open mind. What he got, he says, beat anything he'd have planned for, chiefly the friendships built one Space at a time.

[24:01] How LT3 Spaces were born. Super recounts becoming a "space addict," a Valentine's Day space where he and Sho confessed their fear of big rooms (and Liz's blunt "that's a personal problem"), and the pivotal moment a holder said he bought in for the art β€” which became the whole premise: do Spaces, make them about the art.

[30:17] Jed's roast and real advice. Jed ("grandpa," per Cadarn) congratulates the pair, then warns that the art-topic format will get harder to keep fresh over hundreds of episodes and to stay open to new ideas β€” all wrapped in affectionate needling about a certain holder who "changes his opinion like he changes his underwears every day." He lands on the sincere note: he loves showing up because Super is genuinely happy doing it.

[39:03] The Tupperware giveaway. Super realizes 30 minutes late that there's an LT3 to give away; Sho reveals she'd already hand-written every attendee's name, cut them into slips, and dropped them in a Tupperware bowl β€” before ultimately using the X Picker anyway because, as a self-described overthinker, she worried people wouldn't believe a hand draw.

[49:06] Staying in your own lane. Jack articulates the through-line: LT3 has stayed art-focused and true to its meaning, and any sentence starting with "every project should" is "safe to write off," citing a Steve G / Pudgy post. Super admits the "if you're not punks, adapt or get left behind" takes gave him founder FOMO before Papii's and Jack's words talked him down.

[1:01:25] The origin of the Liz–Sho friendship. Liz recalls her very first interaction with Sho β€” Sho grumbling about big audiences, Liz replying "that's your problem, not mine" β€” and how that sassy start became a real friendship, the kind of story worth retelling at NFT NYC.

[1:06:11] The teased product drop. Super confirms a months-in-the-making product collaboration with a project whose PFP is worn by someone in the room β€” "could be regens, could be nibbles, could be chimpers, could be Fugs" β€” to be announced from their page the next day, with the best marketing LT3 has done coming over the following month.

[1:09:14] Poppy vs. the Otherside tutorial. Papii arrives having spent an hour and ten minutes stuck in a freezing 20-minute tutorial, threatening the little hair he has left. Cadarn quietly reveals the trick β€” you have to complete it β€” and the room follows Poppy in real time as he finally breaks through into a swamp where "Machiavelli is on a podium, dancing on a pole," and a two-inch Fug (Windsor) trails him asking if he's lost.

[1:20:08] The misheard word heard round the Space. A garbled aside about the hundredth episode being "worth meeting" β€” or mating? β€” with Sho sends the room into orbit, capped by Poppy's flat "Please do not mate with my grandma" and Tim announcing he's cancelling his New York flight.

[1:29:01] The math. Jack calculates that at one Space a day it would take 14.9 years to get through the rest of the 5,555 collection; the room negotiates Super up to two-a-day (Keys: "I think that's kind of reasonable") and 63-year-old Sho reasonably questions whether she'll make it.
