Highlights

[4:02] Jed shouts out the day ones. Before the crowd got busy, Jed made a point of thanking XLK, Sky Man, Ryan and the newer regulars — Cortez, Nico, Donnie — for carrying the community "from day one," framing it as the community getting ready to take its next step.

[7:14–8:40] The Gary V Monday rant. Lyss cued up the now-traditional Gary V video — "I'm gonna make Monday morning my bitch… Fuck you, Monday" — then reframed it as the week's mission: make Monday your Saturday and make every day count.

[10:27] Jed inverts the bit. Since restaurants are his weekday grind and Monday's his day off, Jed's deadpan version was "Monday is my Saturday, so I guess I gotta make Saturday my bitch" — and admitted he still gets nervous before every big space.

[14:26–20:00] The "show interrogation." Sho flagged the Blockies whitelist for quirky holders, and Jed playfully cross-examined her — mint price, why she's suddenly bullish on a new project when she "wasn't touching anything on Robinhood." It stayed warm; Jed closed by noting he no longer attaches his name to projects publicly, and that 0.03 can be fair "if you have a legit team" in a heating-up market.

[27:00–28:15] The nervous-Jed running gag lands. Woof, back in signal range after a beef run in Ohio "farm country," riffed that Jed was "shitting in his pants" over tonight's talk — then "I see you're laughing down there, show, you know exactly what I mean." Sho: "I don't shit my pants." Woof, instantly: "Oh that's right, I'm sorry — you were just peeing. My bad."

[35:01–38:43] Danos on respecting Regens. DestefanosSteakhouse made an earnest case that the wider NFT community should credit Regens for surfacing Simple Farmer and other devs early — "put some respect on Regens" as an alpha caller — and said he'd drop ETH back into the project himself if he could. Jed's answer: he doesn't see himself as an alpha caller, just someone who watches how people move.

[42:40] Jed's "sell your JPEGs" mic drop. A blunt anti-greed sermon: if you're sitting on life-changing money, take it. "Don't be like the apes and not sell apes for 400,000 and stay in your mom's basement." Lyss agreed and called it a mic drop.

[44:57] Lyss on where motivation comes from. Responding to a commenter (Mahesh) who argued motivation is only external, Lyss pushed the opposite: relying only on others "gives the world so much control over you." Look inward, remember your why — "don't give the world control over you."

[48:22] Slick Ric checks in before surgery. Heading in to have a nerve burned to stop pain shooting down his leg, Slick Ric kept it grateful — "we still gonna run like Tony Hawk regardless" — and asked people to keep educating themselves. The room sent prayers.

[59:59–1:03:00] Uncle Mac's alpha update. Uncle Mac's motivational tip was to eat a bacon-and-egg sandwich and let the lull disappear — then he rolled into the real update: renaming the old Mind Boys page, deploying his own node/RPC to fix the public one (he jokingly noted his project eats ~20% of the Robinhood chain), and a v2 concept aimed at a more decentralized, DePIN-style network. Jed got genuinely fired up and threatened to pull over and buy more.

[1:11:21–1:12:20] "You've changed, Uncle Mac." On the joke that he never visits spaces anymore, Uncle Mac started reading his own line about being a dev "always busy with something that's busy" — and Jed pivoted it into the bit of the day: Maha "has become the cabal leader," now "almost Zagabon level," who only shows up IRL in Berlin.
