TL;DR

Highlights

Super sets the tone from a noisy sidewalk. [8:16] He explained he'd moved the Space outdoors because he'd been productive all day yet still felt off, with "a lot on my mind" โ€” the perfect setup for a topic that had been floating around other Spaces but never gotten its own room.

Sho and Super put words to the pressure. [10:12] Sho admitted she'd canceled her own Space because she just couldn't do it, torn between loving the community and not wanting to learn mining, unvault, and "all that other stuff." Super connected it to self-imposed founder pressure โ€” hoping to "do it right" now that there's wind in NFTs' sails โ€” and landed on the episode title: he'd been analyzing every scenario "a million different times." [12:37]

Papii reframes the whole thing. [21:13] Jumping up unprompted, Papii argued the guilt isn't a flaw: most people are here to collect, the new tech is still an experiment, and only a couple of projects (his shortlist: stonk brokers, Pit Boys, Mancers) will matter in a year. His refrain โ€” don't chase the next stonk broker the way people chased the next Bored Ape โ€” anchored the rest of the night.

"NFTs are not one thing." [28:14] Papii walked through why a mechanic that suits one project can wreck another: unvault "makes so much sense for regens" as a tech-forward project, but he wouldn't put Quirkies or LT3 through it. If everyone pivoted to the same meta, he said, value would dilute to zero.

Permission granted. [30:21] Papii told Sho directly it's "completely and utterly okay to not jump on every train," which prompted her deadpan warning that in Yellowstone, the train station is where they throw people off and kill them โ€” earning a "well, if you keep complaining, that's where I'm throwing you." [31:06]

"Remind my people who they are." [37:37] Papii said he'd climbed on stage specifically to do that, and gave the community's real currency as consistency โ€” naming the regulars (Tim, SLICK RIC, DigitalDad and others) who show up and battle through adversity as the people the pros actually watch.

The suit-and-bomber saga. [38:44] A mystery birthday email from a bagel place spiraled into Papii recounting a custom-suit trip that ballooned from an expected quote to $4,600 for a suit and $3,000 for a Quirk-skull-lined bomber โ€” a self-deprecating bit about being physically unable to say no. It doubled as his thesis: he only felt okay spending it because he genuinely loves the brand.

The pink hoodie flamingo. [58:33] Tim recounted a certain (unnamed, "because it's a recorded space") collection that spent a year and a six-figure video sourcing luxury cotton for a hoodie โ€” which shed all over his black T-shirt: "I look like a flamingo. And I was like, never again." Sho confirmed she dies laughing every time.

Tim's monologue: have a number. [1:00:17] His core advice โ€” if you're only now hearing about something taking off, you're probably late; and always decide in advance where you'll sell. He'd rather "chase and feel like I could have gotten in than to have held and never let go." He then gave the room its clearest Unvault explainer: it's less about AMMs and liquidity pools than about making a collection omni-chain to pull in holders from other chains. [1:03:04]

SLICK RIC and Jake close the loop. [1:11:25] Slick shared round-tripping ~$870K down to $80K on Shark Cat, still counting it as a lesson, not a loss, and preached staying "deaf to the noise." Jake added that most people never actually hit the lottery once โ€” the real game is taking a big win and diversifying it into the next bags. [1:18:14]
