TL;DR

Highlights

[2:41] The four types of crypto people. Röcky set the frame for the whole space: scammers, business people, DGens, and community members. "I don't think we need the scammers, but we need the business people, we need the degenerates, and we need communities." He tied it back to reviving the Sonic trenches and the energy he felt watching Base Cat and "good" pop off.

[6:22] Mogul on the state of the trenches. Mogul argued you're "being farmed regardless" now, pointing at the X live feed — "80% of them are just like farming liquidity" — and spun out a longer, half-joking thesis that everything moving on-chain is part of a "master ledger" endgame, so the only move is to stay nimble and on-ramp anyway.

[25:16] Panda's Fantom origin story. Panda (a 2017 OG) recounted buying Phantom when everyone called it a scam, catching Andre "dropping breadcrumbs" in obscure podcast interviews — "Phantom still has my heart" — and connecting the dots before the crowd did. He and WRX later agreed Sonic's founders always look "dog shit tired and beaten," which they treat as bullish.

[1:16:21] Profit-taking, by archetype. Röcky laid out his actual rulebook: for a trusted community coin he'll round-trip 70–80% because "his time's gonna come"; for a DGen coin he sells 90% on the way up; and business is "almost just as dangerous as friendships" because a bigger, well-connected fish can always supersede any contract.

[1:22:36] Carrie digs a latrine. keRRy came up to give everyone their flowers and vented about someone telling him he "wouldn't last one day in the trenches" — a claim he found rich, having dug actual trenches and latrines in his life.

[1:51:00] Waldo goes walkabout. Right as the room drifted into microdosing and DCA talk, Waldo announced "I will be back in 40 minutes" and vanished, prompting the running bit that he'd left to "go get a fish album and a five strip."

[2:17:34] WRX on why Robinhood is winning. WRX delivered the night's most-loved stretch, arguing base "dropped the ball" on memes, that Robinhood is uniquely positioned as chain + DEX + stock market with a huge retail base, and that Solana "is and was a scam." He also walked through Tin Hat Cat's brand-not-just-token identity and why chain no longer matters when tokens can be swapped across bridges.

[2:14:38] Freight goes on-chain. One-Eyed Willie tied the Panama Canal / global-freight work he's involved in to the B20 standard, describing bills of lading, wire memos, and shipping data written on-chain as un-cheatable — "it's gonna revolutionize global freight transit."

[4:27:18] Doji's belief speech. Doji, "speaking from a sober and drunken heart," delivered an emotional riff on grifters: they "make you buy something that they don't believe," then extract the value that your belief created — which he called the most evil thing you can do to a person. The room lit up.

[4:22:16] The Pudgy Penguins parable. Panda told the story of Luca buying the Penguins IP for $2M ("he was prepared to offer more; they took the first offer"), the Walmart deal, and the royalty split when a specific penguin sells on the shelf — as encouragement to bet on yourself and keep building.
