Highlights

[17:44] Jed's no-rehash NYC recap. Jed refused to relitigate the event "for 19 weeks like some other communities," but said the real connections this time were his best yet — long one-on-ones about the next 10–20 years of the space. He crowned Super High "Super Chad" and, a beat later, declared Tim "the love child of Yao Ming," the tallest head bobbing through the whole event.

[19:45] Sho finds her place. Sho, still hoarse, got emotional describing how she'd always assumed "networking wasn't for me" and put everyone else on a pedestal — only to leave NYC feeling like "I have a place, and I'm here too." A genuinely touching arc that several later speakers pointed back to.

[23:23] Super High on finding his people. In his first IRL, Super High said the week "enforced this idea in my head that I'm around the people I want to be around," singling out the Poppy–Piffs mentorship dynamic and the hours Jed and Lyss spent giving him "free game" at the bar for nothing in return.

[32:26] The Warner story. Jed teed it up and Super High delivered: too nervous to introduce himself to a whale, he walked up, blurted "excuse me, I gotta go to the bathroom," then tapped the guy on the shoulder — who replied, "who are you?" Jed's verdict: "I almost hit the floor... that's the best one liner I ever heard."

Yot (playing the room's designated contrarian after a week of "singing kumbaya around some steak") deadpanned that a murder-by-pillow at the restaurant would be good press — "Fugs pillows" — earning Lyss's "that's utility." The self-described introvert almost didn't come, then narrated the entire night: threatened by Sho if he no-showed, guarded at the table by Dan and his wife so he couldn't leave, one free pour of Adam's tequila, and midnight photos in pitch-black Brooklyn. On meeting Bullish Beck: "he's a true New Yorker now. He didn't even park his bike, he threw it on the ground."

[51:53] Dan ties it back to self-worth. From out in the field, Dan connected the topic to confidence: "the less you think about yourself and the more you think about and do for others... it boosts your confidence." A clean summary of the whole room's mood.

[1:07:10] Instrumental drops in. "Stru" popped up to hype the crew, then pretended to leave without asking after the host — prompting Jed's mock-wounded "you don't even ask how I'm doing." Instrumental's diagnosis of Jed's post-party voice: "you sound like the poor man's Jah Rule, dude."

[1:28:38] Cyber's confidence arc. A self-described deep introvert ("four or five people is already too much"), CyberThrone credited Super High and Sho's spaces for helping him beat his fear — and announced that on Saturday he'll host his first space. Palms sweating, he thanked them for creating the opportunity.

[1:34:23] The Buddha and the pizza boxes. Ash resurfaced from six weeks of medical leave only to discover Lyss had posted an unflattering photo — "I look like a Buddha with all the boxes of pizza, and everybody knows I don't even like pizza" — kicking off a long, affectionate bit about who's even qualified to rate a slice.
