[8:56] The gentleman's guide to the sidewalk. Ceelos explains why he slowly slides his wife to the inside of the sidewalk — she thinks he's crowding her, he insists she's "soliciting herself" — and detours into medieval poop-bucket history and how "that's how you get dysentery," which somehow landed as Friday-morning etiquette.

[14:39] Nacho theory with moonhigh. A full construction spec emerges: liquid cheese first, then shredded, then meat, broil it. moonhigh rules guac "way too powerful," votes ground beef over steak, and demands "a lot of jalapenos." It flows straight into the day's real PSA — a lettuce/Taco Bell diarrhea scare — with Ceelos reminding everyone this is not an alpha space, "but the alpha is just be careful."

[19:44] The actual alpha. Ceelos's thesis for the whole "people over pictures" ethos: forget IRL flexing — the real win is finding a good group you can shit-talk with in a text chain outside Web3. He notes he hangs with solo dolo through texts more than in person, which makes the IRL meetups better.

Joxie makes the case for the Meta Vixens artist (Anna) as the best solo builder she's met — someone who spent four years developing one collection and delivering to the community instead of spinning up giant mints and vanishing. Ceelos co-signs: that focus is rare in a "goldfish memory" space.

[35:00] The PFP that wandered. The room becomes convinced toomazing's profile picture is visibly staring at Joxie's hot-dog PFP — "put your eyes back in your head" — capped by Joxie's "you can't sit next to me, too amazing." The biggest laugh of the hour.

[46:08] "We're fucked." solo dolo reads the Taylor Farms client list aloud — Walmart, Costco, McDonald's, Chipotle, Taco Bell, KFC, schools, hospitals — and delivers the verdict. Joxie starts checking her own salad bags live, discovering to her horror that some do say Taylor Farms.

[50:14] Fight Club, no arms. The toomazing roast peaks: six-pack but "no muscles on his arms," skips leg day too, wants to look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club but can't grow the hair. Joxie's contribution: "What are you trying to do? Block a bullet?"

[1:00:12] Diarrhea diet. Joxie half-recommends the lettuce situation as a weight-loss plan; Ceelos clarifies that with Taco Bell it doesn't matter what you skip, and toomazing lands the inevitable "that's what she said."
