Solo Dolo Rocks A Manbun
Host: CEELOS (@CEELOSFIGG) · Sept 17–18, 2026 · 22:50 · 3 active voices
TL;DR
- A late-night hangout Space: half live NFT trading (listing, floor-watching, Claynosaurz), half roast session about man buns, Pokémon cards and Starbucks kids.
- CEELOS spent the first few minutes actually listing pieces mid-conversation, chasing enough SOL to buy his daughter a MacBook [4:10].
- Pharaoh* called his own market timing — "on the second pump, that's when we sell" — and got mercilessly labeled a nerd for driving to GameStop to pick up a Pokémon pre-order [7:25].
- Property-management war stories: cleaning staff finding things guests left behind, plus the host's mom in hotel housekeeping with her own disposal policy [8:15]–[9:09].
- The centerpiece rant: modern crypto guys are soft — man buns, morning runs, 3:45 a.m. gym sessions — delivered by a man who says his generation was "raised on the real" [12:09].
- Ends with the host being ambushed by his own cat, live, mid-sentence [20:33]–[22:02].
Highlights
[0:22] Claynosaurz shopping and floor talk. The Space opens mid-trade: a pinwheel Claynosaurz bought, a plan to "corner that market," and CEELOS listing a piece at 0.09 just to see. The response — "the suited one at 0.09 is not gonna sell right now, bro" — got the flattest possible counter: "You don't know, bro."
[1:27] Exit strategy, retroactively. Pharaoh* laid out the thesis he'd already shared with Solo and CEELOS: sell on the second pump, there may be another leg, but you'll be holding a while. The room also reflected on the 0.07 they all should have taken.
[4:07] Trading with a purpose. CEELOS working a rank-257 piece: "I need to get my daughter a fucking MacBook." Advice from the other side: offload everything. His compromise — sell the trash, keep the good stuff — and a fresh listing at 0.15, which he calculated was exactly enough.
[6:45] The Funko Pop of Web3. A quick pivot to blockie-style collectibles, with the honest caveat from someone who doesn't even like Funko Pops: they're ugly, but these look good sitting next to the other stuff.
[7:29] Nerd allegations, sustained. The GameStop run triggered a two-on-one pile-on about Pokémon cards ("that's all he talks about... my cards graded"), which produced the most sincere line of the night: "My business is not fun." Followed by the host's amendment at [7:54] that making money is fun even when the business isn't.
[8:15] Landlord horror stories. Cleaning crews and Airbnb turnovers: condoms, a pile of abandoned Dunks (given away, not kept), a badly backed-up toilet at a residence used as a homeless shelter, and one unit so memorable they photographed it. CEELOS matched it with his mom's hotel housekeeping finds and her strict triage: the hard stuff gets flushed, the weed goes to one of her kids [8:51].
[11:00] The Starbucks dynasty. A check-in on whether his daughter got the new cups — she works a drive-thru location, so no inventory. Revealed he also has a son at a regular Starbucks, which prompted an estimate of roughly three of ten kids on the payroll and the host's own conclusion: "I must be doing something, right?"
[12:09] The soft generation. The title's origin story. CEELOS argued today's guys "have been destroyed by the internet," compared to being raised on dirty magazines stashed in a tree in the woods, and mocked man buns, morning runs and 3:45 a.m. gym alarms — the hour his generation was finishing its last drink.
[14:14] The $15 Star Wars Cantina beer. A full-hearted Disneyland review. He was ready to be annoyed by a bartender describing "flavor notes of ube with a coconut finish," took one sip, and admitted she "hit that shit on the nose." Bonus note: for once the cold brew cocktail didn't taste like stale coffee.
[15:26] Pre-game, then Uber. A co-worker dinner logistics win — everyone talked out of driving — evolves into the night's best hypothetical at [16:10]: are people reflex-tipping Waymos? Verdict from the room: no Waymo in MPK yet, which may be for the best given the local driver situation [16:30].
[18:18] "That's lore." After a long, obviously embellished origin myth about how Solo and Toomazing both ended up sober, running and in the gym, CEELOS declared the whole thing canon: "That's lore from now on."
[20:33] Live cat incident. Plans for tomorrow's roasts and a bug bite on the calf get interrupted by the host's cat launching between his legs. Several minutes of trash talk to an animal follow, ending in the inevitable: "Ow, fucker, you just scratched the shit out of me" [22:02].

Who said what
- CEELOS (@CEELOSFIGG) — host and engine of the room: listing NFTs in real time, narrating his MacBook fundraising, running the generational roast, reviewing theme-park beer, and eventually losing a fight to his cat.
- Pharaoh (@spade_pirates)* — the market-timing voice early on ("second pump, that's when we sell"), the Pokémon pre-order pickup, and the source of the property-management stories; dropped off around the midpoint, which CEELOS attributed to him not wanting to get called out [13:36].
- 𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 (@pressedcurl)* — joined at [5:15] asking "what is a Hoochie gotta do to get accepted in here," then drove the back half: Starbucks cup intel, the pre-game-then-Uber campaign, and reliable straight-man reactions to every roast.
- toomazingTM (@TooMazing265) — mostly discussed rather than heard; invited up at the very end and declined, having reportedly started hitting the gym in the now-canonical lore.
Worth a full listen
- [8:15]–[10:47] — The housekeeping and rental-turnover stories escalate in a way no summary should attempt; the "wash it with white vinegar / now you're doing too much" exchange is the peak.
- [12:09]–[14:08] — The uninterrupted man-bun/3:45-a.m.-gym monologue that gave the Space its title, best heard at full speed.
- [20:33]–[22:02] — CEELOS trying to wrap up the week's plans while conducting a live, escalating negotiation with a cat.
